NACF uses chemical fiber polypropylene fiber, which is processed through special pre-oxidation, carbonization, and high-temperature activation to form fibers, fabrics, and felts. It features high adjustability and a simple process. NACF not only has characteristics such as fine diameter, large specific surface area, uniform pore size, and high adsorption speed, but it can also remove pollutants. Because NACF's structure contains nitric acid essence (6-8% wt), while ACF's structure contains non-nitrogen essence, NACF has a special adsorption capacity for sulfur and nitrogen compounds, making it an ideal filter medium for cigarette manufacturing. NACF's adsorption and decomposition capacity for ozone is dozens of times that of ACF. It can be used as a deodorizing material and in welding masks. NACF has been widely used in air treatment with high ammonia, nitrogen, and sulfur content, and is also used in public places such as cabins, trains, ships, and buses. NACF purifies various pollutants caused by environmental pollution, haze pollution, and metabolic depletion. NACF adsorption devices can remove odors and fishy smells from places such as hospitals, refrigerators, animal farms, slaughterhouses, and fish shops. Widely used in air purification in hospital morgues, dissection rooms, and police forensic examination rooms. Low adsorption pressure, high speed, complete and rapid adsorption relief.
