At present, filter cartridge dust collectors and bag dust collectors have high processing efficiency and belong to dry dust collectors. They operate stably, are not easily damaged, and have a wide range of applications.
The material of the filtering element is different
Filter cartridge dust collector: Filter cartridge filter materials: aramid, PTFE, PPS, polyester fiber, nanofiber, wood pulp paper, etc. The types of filter materials used are basically in the medium and low temperature range (90 ℃~140 ℃).
Bag filter: Filter bag filter materials: polyester fiber, polyester, PE, aramid, PP, PTFE, PPS, P84, fluoromether, polypropylene, etc;
The types of filter media used are:
Medium and low temperature range (90 ℃~140 ℃)
Medium to high temperature range (140 ℃~200 ℃)
High temperature range (200 ℃~300 ℃)
Different filtering accuracy
When the adhesion of dust on the filter cartridge causes the pressure difference inside the dust collector to increase to the system setting value, the electromagnetic pulse valve will open the compressed air to pulse clean the filter cartridge.
The filtration accuracy of bag filters is generally 5-10um, and smaller accuracies can reach 1 μ M;
The filtration accuracy of the filter cartridge dust collector is generally 1-5um.
Different occupied spaces
The filter cartridge dust collector can be installed in modular combination, with a small external size and light weight. It can also be designed in combination with a fan, occupying small space.
The appearance of the bag filter is relatively larger, and the installation space is also large.
Applicable scope varies
Both are suitable for dust control in various industrial fields, such as steel, metallurgy, building materials, chemical and other industries.
But there are also certain differences in the scope of application between the two.
The filter cartridge dust collector is suitable for processing various fibers and ultrafine particles of dust, such as crushing, screening, and batching of raw materials such as limestone, cement, and ore in industries such as metallurgy and building materials.
Bag dust collectors are suitable for handling various types of dust and flue gas, such as blast furnace gas, sintering flue gas, lime kiln exhaust gas, etc. in industries such as steel and chemical industry.
