The used filters replaced shall be classified as industrial solid waste or hazardous waste, which need to be recycled by professional companies with corresponding qualifications. Our company does not have the recycling qualification and thus cannot provide recycling services. Used filters must be disposed by certified waste management agencies.

For Standard sizes filter media products: (e.g., primary filter cotton, ceiling filter, paint stop filter) are in stock.

For Non-standard sizes products:  require customization.

Yes. We support OEM/ODM, including custom designs, samples, and materials. Cross-border orders accepted.

Filter Media Samples requested:  

In order to conclude this transaction, we are willing to provide you with a free samples. However, customer need to bear the freight cost. We offer sampling services. The sampling lead time is about  3~7 working days. I’ll keep you in the loop for specific details.

Air Filter products samples requested:

We used to send free samples to other clients, but some of them don’t even test the sample because they don’t cherish anything for free. Therefore company management starts to ask the client to pay for it or at least share the cost of the sample. We don’t care about the sample producing cost or courier service charge. But in this way, we will understand if this client likes to cooperate with us. Besides the sample cost is quite expensive ( Cuz Tailor-made), it’s quite reasonable to ask any client to share the cost with us. And we promise you the sample cost and shipping fee incurred will be deducted from our first order.

Since our products are consumables in international trade, our return and exchange policy is as follows:

1. For quality - related issues, we will definitely handle them in a timely manner. Please let us know as soon as possible and provide relevant details and documented evidence of the defect, (e.g. photos, inspection reports), Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund according to your preference.
2. For non - quality issues, such as incorrect purchases, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We recommend that you confirm the relevant product details with our account manager before placing an order to avoid such situations.

Filters are consumables; warranty aligns with product lifespan.

General guideline:

Primary filter: (1–3 months),

medium filter: (3–6 months),

HEPA Filter: (6–12 months).

Note: Adjust based on usage conditions.

Dear customer, the delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose and the destination. For express shipping (such as DHL, FedEx), it usually takes 3 - 7 business days. Sea freight generally takes 15 - 30 days, while air freight may take 5 - 10 days. Once the goods are shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery progress.
