Basic Information:
Carton paint filter is a new type of environmental protection products of dry spray booth, suitable for water-based paint spraying operation, it makes spray paint, spray oil no longer pollute, can effectively intercept the paint particles in the spraying process, reduce air pollution, protect the working environment.
The spray dust is blown under low pressure into the intricate system, which consists of edges and openings, to achieve the adsorption effect. By expanding the adsorption surface, permutation and combination of different path structures and the utilization of centrifugal force, the system has subversive adsorption capacity.
Features：
Large filtering area, low resistance, high air volume, high dust holding capacity and easy material recollection, with a Venturi structure. Based on the principle of inertial separation, with a unique vortex airflow guide design, it can efficiently adsorb oversize paint particles, forcing the airflow to change direction multiple times, so that the heavier particles than air would adhere to the paper wall and not be blown away by the airflow. The sprayed paint particles fill up the bottom of the pleats on the filter paper as they pass through until the paint particles completely block the filter, indicating that it needs to be replaced. The filtration efficiency is up to 95%. Each box can carry 20kg of oil and dust. The carrying capacity is 3 to 5 times that of other types of filter media, and it can be directly recycled and reused in papermaking, making it environmentally friendly and efficient. The efficiency of carrying varies depending on the different solvent or dust
- Low resistance to air, strong filtering effect, dust capacity is 5 times as much as paint fog cotton. And the air flow is not reduced when the dust is saturated；
- Low investment of equipment, no noise and easy to install；
- Long service life and low cost, short replacement frequency, paint mist filters are usually available for 240 to 500 hours；
- The paint mist particles and powder are easy to be treated, and can avoid secondary pollution；
- Suitable for flat type (down suction type) or vertical type (side suction type) paint booth；
- It would improve the filtering effect and save paint if a volume control damper is added in front of induced draft fan to adjust the wind speed；
