

Heat Exchanger Filter Core
Working principle:
The heat exchanger filter core is the major part of air to air ventilation system.When the air is forced to pass through the heat exchanger core from two different air channels (the flat plates and the corrugated plates form channels for fresh or exhaust air stream.), the energy and humidity are transfered by the plates, so as to save the energy.
Outdoor air and exhaust air is separated by thermal conduction plate, two air streams never come into direct contact, avoid cross-contamination, make sure clean outdoor air.
Applications:
The heat exchanger filter is the core component of the fresh air system, whose main function is to recover heat and humidity. It is widely used in industrial fields such as pharmaceuticals, food, chemicals, electronics, and semiconductors. It has high efficiency in filtration and heat exchange, which can greatly improve production efficiency and product quality.
Features:
1.Base on different air channel, they can be divided into cross flow type, counter flow type and cross&counter flow type;
2.It can be divided into sensible and enthalpy heat exchanger core base on different inner material.
